"In my experience, Dre has been very responsive. I have had him out 2 times, and he has done an excellent job both times. The first time was to replace a battery that had a large amount of visible corrosion & could no longer be jump started. He came in lower than the other quotes for labor, and what he charged for the battery matched online prices. The 2nd time was to replace the alternator, which had given out, probably both due to age (14 years) & the original bad battery. Again, pricing was great, the work was done quickly, and I've been back up & running. Dre flagged me before he left, indicating I had overpaid. I let him know the additional was a tip. I appreciated his honesty and plan to continue to use his services."
